JROTC St.Thomas/St.John council Navy League members Col. Dave Waller & Sgt. Major Gene Ward called for volunteers from their fellow council members to assist them with the JROTC Caribbean Drill competition held in St.Thomas at the Ivanna Eudora Kean High School. Members turned up to prepare & serve breakfast, lunch & dinner during the weeknend long competiton. On "KP Duty".
